Fabian Danko studied business ecomomics at University St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland and got his master in Accounting and Finance.

He has profound knowledge in accounting & controlling, corporate finance as well as in human capital management. He was working for the Swiss company Rieter in the finance and controlling department.

In addition, Mr. Danko has worked on several international M&A transactions. His consulting focus is on restructuring finance departments of companies. 

Prof. Dr. Frank Richter studied business administration and finance at University Regensburg. As part of a Siemens executive program, he also studied at MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston, at Stanford University and CEIBS Shanghai.

Beside his MBA he holds a PhD in Engineering. Frank Richter worked in Europe, Asia and the USA for Bertelsmann, Siemens and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in different management positions as well as in strategy consulting.
