Fabian Danko studied business ecomomics at University St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland and got his master in Accounting and Finance.

He has profound knowledge in accounting & controlling, corporate finance as well as in human capital management. He was working for the Swiss company Rieter in the finance and controlling department.

In addition, Mr. Danko has worked on several international M&A transactions. His consulting focus is on restructuring finance departments of companies. 

 

Dr. Wolfgang Lichtenwalder studied law at Munich University and Université de Genève with focus on private and public international law. He then attained a doctorate at the Bundeswehruniversität Munich with the topic of the implementation of the free movement of goods in Europe. He then joined master studies at the University of Liechtenstein in international corporate, foundation and trust law.

He gained professional experience initially on the grounds of banking and capital market law in the legal department of a Bavarian based bank before he specialized, working with Private Equity Companies, in operational and legal matters of target companies.

As attorney-at-law and as General Counsel of a quoted Private-Equity Company he was advising in many M&A transactions for mid-sized companies in Europe, a substantial quote of these being distressed M&A projects which required as well his services in post-merger-integration, restructuring and / or reorganisation of target companies, including legal representation before courts and tribunals, requiring practical experience in cross-border transactions in particular with companies in France and Italy.

Prof. Dr. Frank Richter studied business administration and finance at University Regensburg. As part of a Siemens executive program, he also studied at MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston, at Stanford University and CEIBS Shanghai.

Beside his MBA he holds a PhD in Engineering. Frank Richter worked in Europe, Asia and the USA for Bertelsmann, Siemens and PriceWaterhouseCoopers in different management positions as well as in strategy consulting.

He supports organizations in the area of strategic management, reorganization and complex M&A-transactions and also takes over executive positions in companies as an interim manager.
